Shipping Policy

Each piece is crafted and packaged with attention to detail and intention. We do our best to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and on time.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: We ship via trusted domestic carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the best available service.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Please Note: At this time, we ship within the United States only. As a growing small business, our focus is on delivering exceptional care to each customer. That said, we have plans to offer international shipping in the future and look forward to sharing our work with more of the world as we expand.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your order is missing, we encourage you to first check with neighbors or your local post office. We’re happy to help however we can.

Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

Delays Beyond Your Control While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping timelines may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Holiday or Preorder Notes (if applicable) During high-volume periods or special releases, processing times may be slightly extended. Any changes will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

Return Policy

Every piece from Handcrafted by Seven is carefully made using rare, natural materials — each one distinct, just like the moment it was inspired by. Because of the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what you expected, we kindly ask that you reach out within 5 days of receiving your order so we can make it right. Please include the following when you contact us:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We thoughtfully review each case to determine whether a replacement or store credit may be appropriate. Requests submitted beyond the 5-day window or without adequate documentation may not be eligible for review.

Special Items: Custom, made-to-order, or one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances.
