All of our jewelry is handmade in the United States by us! We have been nurturing various artistic passions since childhood. What began as a fascination with nature’s smallest details has grown into a lifelong devotion to craftsmanship and design. Every piece is brought to life in our studio through a process that blends traditional techniques with a deep respect for the organic forms we work with.
We believe jewelry should carry more than beauty. Each creation reflects years of practice, patience, and experimentation, with every curve and clasp carefully considered. When you wear our jewelry, you are wearing a piece that has been shaped not only by devoted hands but by a personal journey of creativity and dedication, brought into being with the hope of adding timeless beauty to your own story.
Our jewelry is made from natural, hand-sourced materials, including luminous pearls and rare seashells. We go to great lengths to discover them, often hiking miles of shoreline, turning over stones, and searching the tiniest crevices where nature hides its treasures. Each find carries a story of its own, shaped by the sea and time, before being chosen to become part of one of our designs.
We treat these materials with reverence, selecting only those that embody the uniqueness and character we believe jewelry should hold. No two shells or pearls are ever identical, which means every piece is truly one of a kind. These natural variations in color, shape, and texture are not imperfections but celebrations of authenticity, reminders that the beauty of the natural world is never repeated.
When our jewelry reaches you, it has already traveled a remarkable journey, from the hidden edges of the earth, through the hands of dedicated artisans, and finally to its place with you, where it continues its story.
Most orders ship within 3 to 7 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please keep in mind that holidays, weather, or carrier delays may occasionally affect shipping times beyond our control. At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. As a growing brand, this allows us to provide the highest level of care and attention to each order. We do plan to offer international shipping in the future, and we look forward to sharing our work with customers around the world as we continue to grow.
Because our pieces are handcrafted and one of a kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your order arrives damaged or is not as expected, please contact us within five days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will always do our best to provide a thoughtful resolution. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation number as soon as your purchase is placed. Once your order ships and a label has been created, we’ll send you a tracking link directly by email. Standard orders are shipped with UPS, while premium and express orders are shipped with FedEx. From there, you’ll be able to follow your piece’s journey until it arrives safely at your door.

Are the pearls and shells authentic?

Absolutely. Every pearl and shell we use is 100% authentic and naturally formed. We take tremendous care in hand-selecting each one, sourcing responsibly from different parts of the world. This process ensures that every material meets our standards for beauty, durability, and uniqueness.

Because pearls and shells are natural, no two are ever identical, and each carries its own variations in shape, surface, and luster. These subtle differences are what make every piece one-of-a-kind. When you wear jewelry from Handcrafted by Seven, you’re wearing a piece of nature’s artistry, carefully chosen and thoughtfully transformed into something timeless.

Can I request a custom-sized chain?

Our collection currently offers carefully selected chain lengths and styles that best complement each design. We don’t offer alternative chain sizes as part of our standard offering, as each piece is designed to flow seamlessly with its chosen chain.

That said, we understand that jewelry should feel personal, and some customers may prefer a different fit or length. Requests outside of our standard sizing are treated as custom orders, as they require us to source and craft specifically for you. While this process may take additional time and cost, we’re always open to discussing possibilities. Can I wear my jewelry every day, in water, or while sleeping?

Our jewelry is created to be lived in and enjoyed daily & each piece is meant to accompany you through the moments that matter. However, like all fine jewelry, it deserves care. We don’t recommend wearing your pieces in water, while sleeping, or during strenuous activity. Exposure to moisture, friction, or harsh environments can shorten the life of delicate materials such as pearls, shells, and fine chains.

To preserve their beauty, we suggest making jewelry care part of your daily ritual. Remove your pieces before bed, store them safely in their pouch or box, and gently polish them when needed. These small acts of care not only protect your jewelry but also honor the craftsmanship and natural materials that make it special. When you invest in these moments of attention, your jewelry will remain just as radiant as the day it arrived.
